Return Policy:

Our return policy is applicable for a duration of 7 days from the date of receiving your item. During this period, you may request a return under certain conditions, such as if you received the wrong item or if there are factory defects. However, please note that reasons such as purchasing the wrong item or simply disliking the purchased item will not be considered valid for a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at info@anywearsg.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate actions to rectify the problem.

 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned, including items on sale or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges will only be accepted in the event of purchasing the wrong size. You may exchange it for a different size with the same design, subject to item availability. Please note that the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping cost. Please also be aware that items on sale will not be eligible for exchange.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds will only be approved in cases where the item is damaged, the wrong size, or if there was an error on our part in providing the design. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method or through Giro Bank-transfer. Please keep in mind that it may take some time (1-3 working weeks) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Preorders:

For preorder items, once the order has been processed and you receive an email confirming the order, refunds will no longer be possible. If you still wish to proceed with a refund despite this, a penalty charge of 50% per transaction will be applied. This measure is in place to safeguard our company from unreasonable order requests.
